We know how expensive private care can be. We do everything we can to make our services as affordable as possible. How? Quite frankly, it’s because we have taken greed out of the equation. Kolofon Health was founded by a nurse with 14 years in patient care and staffing management. Our #1 goal is outstanding patient care, not making corporate owners rich.
Longterm Relationships
We will be with you for the duration. Our caregivers are trained to treat you as they would want to be treated. Some care providers think nothing of swapping out your caregiver with someone you have to start over with. At Kolofon Health, we do all we can to make sure you have a single caregiver who becomes intimately familiar with your wants and needs.
I have been using Kolofon agency for the last few months and they have been amazing to work with. I have used them for Med Techs and universal caregivers. Their staff is almost always early to the scheduled shift and they provide top notch care. There have been many times I have had to call last minute and they were able to fill that spot and get someone there within the hour. The owner, Natasha, is so compassionate and caring. If I ever have a problem, she is quick to fix it and make sure it does not happen again. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure shifts get covered and if she does not have anyone to cover the shift, she has been known to fill the shift herself. My first choice has been Kolofon compared to the other agencies in the Cedar Rapids area for these reasons and much more. However, do not just take my word for it. Try them yourselves.
