I have been using Kolofon agency for the last few months and they have been amazing to work with. I have used them for Med Techs and universal caregivers. Their staff is almost always early to the scheduled shift and they provide top notch care. There have been many times I have had to call last minute and they were able to fill that spot and get someone there within the hour. The owner, Natasha, is so compassionate and caring. If I ever have a problem, she is quick to fix it and make sure it does not happen again. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure shifts get covered and if she does not have anyone to cover the shift, she has been known to fill the shift herself. My first choice has been Kolofon compared to the other agencies in the Cedar Rapids area for these reasons and much more. However, do not just take my word for it. Try them yourselves. You will not be disappointed!

Staff were RELIABLE, kind, and always available to help in any way they could. Gave us ideas and suggestions to better care for my mom in our home. Our previous experience with in home care was not good until we found Kolofon Health.
